I have also collaborated with global stakeholders to automate operational processes in FirstSpirit using Java module development, resulting in improved efficiency and quality. I did and earned an MBA degree in Human Resources Management from LPU, where I have learned valuable skills such as human resources development, design thinking, leadership, and team effectiveness. I am also a certified scrum master, and I have experience in conducting scrum ceremonies, coordinating scrum teams, and using JIRA tool for tracking scrum tasks. My aspiration is to use my scrum and agile skills and methodology to overcome the challenges and obstacles that occur during the software development process. I am passionate about bringing environmental impact, and I have been awarded by the Government of India for reducing agricultural waste and pollution in 2022. I have also participated in a Guinness World Record event in 2019, and I have actively participated in various organizational level events. I am a team player, a problem solver, and a lifelong learner. I am looking for opportunities to grow and excel as a software engineer, Project Manager, Program manager and scrum master.
