BE Chemical and 9+ yrs of experience in operations and commissioning of Chemical, Petrochemical units. • Provide engineering technical support to the Refinery Operations. • Perform unit monitoring and performance evaluations. • Conduct troubleshooting/assisting operations divisions in resolving Operations related problems. • Monitor Advance Process Control and alleviate the constraints to maximize APC utilization. • Conduct catalyst performance analysis, yield estimates and life cycle estimation. • Lead HAZOP, MOC, Root Cause analysis and incidents investigations. • Prepare annual and long range operating plans and objectives. • Identify the unit’s constraints and perform debottleneck studies. • Provide capital project operations and commissioning support. • Involve in development of procedures and reviews. • Responsible for Process line walk downs, raise punch list, check the system readiness for Pre-commissioning activities. • Responsible to supervise the pre-commissioning activities which will be conducted by contractors such as lube oil flushing, Line blowouts, cooling water flushing. • Required to work with inter departments such as Instrumentation, electrical, machinery and Process controls to enhance the pre-commissioning of other areas. • Required and responsible to take part in validation of the logics in the DCS and field testing as per given procedure. • Responsible to work in shift duties if required for the commissioning and plant start-up. • Responsible to understand and execute the Operating procedures of ASU and common area, do modifications of the procedures if anything identified different from the procedure during start-up. • Record and maintain the documentation of pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up. Good hands on Operating of Hydrotreating (NHT,CCR)units in Refinery. Supervision of plant activities through Panel and Field rounds. PFD,PID, commissioning documents, Equipment datasheet review and prepare. Troubleshoot handling. Shut dawn and startup planning and execution. Commissioning Activities, RCA, HAZOP, DCS,SCADA. Equipment handling and plant Troubleshooting. SAP, Operational soft skills. safety compliance at Field work.
