About Ramchandra Tendolkar

My passion for quality assurance and food safety led me to pursue a Post graduation diploma in Quality Assurance from Sophia College, Mumbai, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from University of Mumbai. I also hold certifications in Manufacturing and COVID- Food Safety Supervisor from FSSAI and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Anexas Europe, which demonstrate my proficiency in applying quality standards and methodologies to various food products. Currently, I work as a Quality Assurance Executive at Licious - Born to meat, where I oversee the entire process from pre-operation to post-operation, ensuring the quality and safety of the raw materials, packaging materials, and marinade products. I also handle and resolve customer complaints, determine quality specifications, and check nutritional labels and artwork. I have contributed to the development of 30 new SKUs, including five of pan-India production, and trained the staff on quality guidelines and compliance data. Previously, I worked at Galaxy Cloud Kitchens Limited, where I gained experience in quality assurance of bakery products, such as breads, cookies, artisanal breads, crackers, and confectionery products. I also conducted internal and vendor audits, followed GLP, and performed mass balancing and new product development analysis. I am motivated to work in a challenging and creative environment, where I can utilize my professional skills and contribute to the growth of the organization. I have sound knowledge and experience in GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards, as well as Lean Six Sigma principles and tools. I am also adept at quality control, label art creation, and staff training. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
