About Ramchandra Shinde
I am a passionate and dedicated Civil Engineer with a Bachelor\'s degree from Shivaji University.Currently i am pursuing Master’s in Construction Engineering at North Carolina State University.My academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in the principles of civil engineering, including construction project management, and sustainable design.During my studies, I developed a keen interest in Construction Management, infrastructure development, sustainable planning and Scheduling. I have hands-on experience with various engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Synchro 4d, Navisworks, Microsoft Project which I used to complete projects that emphasized practical and innovative solutions to real-world problems.My capstone project focused on a Feasibility Study on National Highway Road Widening, where I successfully utilized skills in project management, data analysis, and environmental impact assessment. This project involved thorough research, detailed cost-benefit analysis, and strategic planning to ensure the proposed widening would meet future traffic demands while minimizing environmental and social impacts. This experience honed my abilities in teamwork, problem-solving, and effective communication, as I collaborated with peers and industry professionals.As a Site Engineer at Globe Solitaire LLP in Mumbai(India)(Aug 2022- June 2024), I led a sq. ft. Mixed-use project, managed a budget of $6,950,261 and coordinated cross-functional teams. I ensured high quality, safety standards, man power handling, material management, measurement sheet preparation and regulatory compliance, achieving superior construction quality and a zero-accident record.I am eager to bring my technical skills,creative problem-solving abilities,and enthusiasm for engineering to a dynamic team.I am particularly interested in opportunities that allow me to contribute to impact projects,learn from experienced professionals,and grow within the field of construction management and civil engineering.Let’s connect and explore how I can add value to your team or project!
