Engineering leader with 11+ years of experience building and scaling teams, products, and platforms across high-growth startups and large organizations.Currently an Engineering Manager at Watershed, where I lead platform and product teams responsible for core data and analytics systems that power climate and ESG decision-making. My work sits at the intersection of data platforms, developer tooling, and AI-enabled workflows, with a focus on building systems that scale both technically and organizationally.I also serve as the New York Engineering Site Lead, partnering with senior leadership to grow the NYC engineering presence across hiring, culture, and local leadership development.Previously, I was founding engineer #4 at Alchemy, where I helped build the early product and engineering culture and scale the company from inception to a $10B valuation. I’ve spent my career operating in high-ambiguity environments, building both product and platform teams, and translating emerging technologies into real-world impact.I’m especially interested in the future of AI-native engineering organizations and how leaders build high-leverage teams during platform shifts.
