About Rambabu Kaipa
Ram has rich experience of 25+ years of IT as well as 17+ years in the field of CSR & social work. Currently, he is CEO for Northsouth foundation, India initiatives. He is also a Board member & Independent director for a listed company, GSS Infotech, National Advisory board member for Youth For Seva (NGO) and on the board of advisors for Janyaa Foundation.Ram has ~25 years of experience at Infosys. He lead strategic initiatives at corporate level and as part of Chairman\'s office. As part of delivery, he lead a team of 1500+ people as Account Delivery Head for a large client. Managed revenues of 150M per year. Diverse experience in managing Accounts at onsite/offshore, Presales, Employee Engagement, Competency Development, and Diversity/CSR. Received multiple awards for Account management and DC management.During his tenure at Infosys, he has been a CSR champion for 13 years and received CSR awards for 8 years at Infosys level. Worked with Government, NGOs, Corporates as well as motivated public for large fund raising activities etc. The areas of focus were Education, Health and Rural upliftment. He also worked as Diversity Champion for Infosys and worked with Women Inclusivity Networks and to improve lives of people with special needs.After Infosys, Ram joined non-profit The Akshaya Nidhi Foundation as Chief Marketing Officer. Akshaya Nidhi was created for sustainability of Akshaya Patra. It provided meals to Companies, Factories, Construction sites, Hospitals, Schools, Government schemes etc.After Akshaya Nidhi, Ram has joined the National Advisory board of \"Youth For Seva\", focusing on education and health sectors. Ram is also an executive council member of NITWA, NIT Warangal Alumni association.
