Raman has over thirteen years of experience in business valuation, financial advisory, M&A, merger efficiencies and litigation support. He specializes in business valuation and damages quantification for corporate disputes.He has undertaken a wide range of valuation engagements, including strategic valuations (investments, divestitures, mergers, demergers), regulatory compliance valuations (tax, corporation/companies act, insolvency /bankruptcy), and financial reporting valuations (purchase price allocations, impairment testing). He also works on determinations of efficiencies and analysis of synergies from mergers under the Canadian competition law.
