ABOUT RAMAN NANDA
Have over 15 years of varied experience in law - initially as party-in-person, and, later representing my clients. Presently, practicing at Rajasthan High Court and subordinate courts. My focus qua litigation is civil law, specifically succession, inheritance, Wills and contract law, including specific performance of contract. Also working on criminal cases in collaboration with professional colleagues. In my earlier avtar as journalist/broadcaster, worked with, among others, Times of India newspaper, Press Trust of India news agency and Lok Sabha TV in India and BBC World Service, London. Was also Media Advisor to the Governor of Rajasthan. As a journalist turned lawyer, have also had fairly wide exposure to elections, parliamentary processes, working of governments, diplomacy and international trade negotiations.
