Supporting the design and delivery, co-ordinating and attending assessment centres for incoming student intakes• My role to take care of assessment centres for Accounting Business Advisory, National Technology and Internal Audit nationally for RSM. • Organising and scheduling assessment centres• Working closely with the Early Careers Assessment Lead, Early Careers Process Coordinator, and the business.• Delivering presentations about RSM to prospective trainee intake at assessment centres• Ensuring delivery against D&I targets and supporting initiatives to attract a diverse talent pool• Ensuring the right selection and assessment tools are managed and utilised, providing robust reporting on success measures• Providing assessment centre technology training with candidates ahead of the days• Using the Recruitment technology and ensuring full compliance of use by team• Key interface with internal stakeholders to upskill capability for managing robust selection criteria and ensure fair selection throughout• Acting as the champion for trainee experience, ensuring RSM delivers an exceptional experience• Building strong connections with the HR community to identify opportunities to improve service by gaining a deep understanding of the business lines and future growth plans• Being an RSM brand ambassador, working closely with the early careers outreach team• Coordinating the RSM brand ambassador programme with returning university placement students within your area of responsibility• Delivering timely and constructive feedback to candidates post assessment centre• Actioning Ad-hoc projects as required• Monitoring pipelines to book Assessment centres in line with assessor availability.• Carrying out any associated paperwork for offer statements, assessment centre invites and reports•Building relationships with Universities, Colleges and Schools to advertise roles, present and build awareness of candidates’ needs.
