An IT professional, technologist and a recipient of CIO & Leader\'s NEXT100 Future CIO award, I currently lead the Architecture and Technology practice as Unit Technology Officer at EAIS, Infosys. Over the duration of my career I have been involved withBusiness Case development: Worked with management boards of our platform subsidiaries to develop their modernization strategy & help create their modernization business case, budgets and roadmap. Products & platforms: As an intrapreneur, I have conceptualized and built product platforms based on distributed event driven architecture for Recruitment and Life insurance industry. I have helped define industry platform strategy, built a re-usable foundations platform for Infosys industry products, built product offerings to create new market/segments working with our subsidiaries and JV\'s. I have also worked with our Sales teams to conceptualize & shape up partnership models with our clients for their business pilots which has resulted in significantly better outcomes for both the partners. As an intrapreneur, I\'ve set up product team organization from recruitment, structure to product roadmap & engineering practices.Complex Transformation: Implemented a diverse range of large, complex multi-country programs across Digital spectrum ranging from Digital Experience, e-commerce, self care, operations & business apps, integration & DW for several verticals which include Telecom, Retail, Transportation, Banking/Finance & Government. I have been instrumental in conceptualizing & implementing Digital transformation programs for various clients, been the Chief architect for Online domain program for one of the world’s largest telco, built and implemented their Group strategy in local OpCo\'s across UK & EuropePractice leadership & Sales: Set up Digital & e-commerce labs for technology incubation within the unit, led architecture practice for ECS Advanced technologies unit, played the role of sales lead for APAC & India for Digital & Integration practice. Technology & Business Consulting: As part of Strategic Technology Group, I have helped clients and subsidiaries create differentiated products and offerings, worked with mgmt board members to build modernization business case for their organization as well as technology audit of transformation programs. Papers & Patents: Published papers on several topics and hold patents.
