Managing several data platforms which include Policy Admin Systems, Producer Compensation Platform, Marketing data platforms and Claims Loss Runs. Serve as a key leader in shaping the Data Strategy, collaborating with business leaders to identify data needs, technology, processes, and talent needs. Key accomplishments include- Leading the next generation platform that is a repository of all transactional for the P&C business in North America for tracking the submission lifecycle and serve as the reporting backbone for the company- Lead the North America MDM solutions for customer and producer data mastered from several data sources in the company and 3rd party data- Leadership oversight for a global team of data analysts, data engineers, data architects, data quality engineers and data visualization specialists to deliver reliable and accurate data. This include multiple squads,(~100 FTEs)supporting development across large enterprise data assets and production support for live data platforms supporting operations and analytics use cases- Collaborated with executive stakeholders to develop strategic initiatives and OKRs, ensuring alignment with data strategy, budget, and delivery plans- Established foundational data capabilities and analytical assets for Underwriting, Claims, Field Operations, Business Analytics, Marketing and Producer domains across Chubb NA Commercial Lines business units. Implement data solutions to collect, analyze and interpret data to drive process transformation & automation- Technology modernization with Azure cloud migration. Implemented new technologies like Snowflake, Databricks, IDMC etc for data extraction, streaming and real time data access for consumers- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards innovation and improvement goals.
