Kmart, a part of Wesfarmers, operates 330+ brick-and-mortar stores throughout Australia and New Zealand, offering customers a wide range of everyday products at the lowest prices.In my second role after my MBA, I am working with one of Australia’s most loved retailers, Kmart, using JDA (BlueYonder) and interacting with various stakeholders across India and Australia to generate forecasts for products across six Distribution Centres in Australia and New Zealand. I am leveraging statistical techniques and my Supply Chain domain knowledge while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver accurate forecasts across categories, tracking Forecast KPIs, and ensuring business objectives are being met.Currently I look after Demand Planning and Inventory Management for \"Living, Family and Entertainment\"[3500+ SKUs] contributing to >AU$1.2 billion in revenue. The Business unit is made up of the following categories -> Office Supplies & Stationery, Books, Pet Care, Hardware, Technology Accessories and Crafts & Frames.Previously I looked after Demand Planning and Inventory Management for \"Kids-Clothing\"[1600+ Style-Colors] contributing to >AU$600 million in revenue. The business unit is made up of the following categories -> Apparel for Boyswear Ages 1-8, Boyswear Ages 9-16, Girlswear Ages 1-8, Girlswear Ages 9-16, Sleepwear, Kids Innerwear, Kids Accessories, Babywear.
