Working as Sr IT Engineer for ESM (Enterprise System Management) team in Production Services area responsible for administering Application Performance Monitoring (APM) suite of products (WILY Introscope, CA CEM, & HP BAC/BSM Specific)For the past 4 years i am working on Planning, Installing, Configuring, Administering, Tuning and Troubleshooting CA Wily Introscope 8.x/9.x and CA Wily CEM 9.x for large and complex environment. Handle the administration and maintenance of CA APM infrastructure; diagnose internal software and configuration issues in our complex environment and document processes and procedures as they are developed. Design and build activities for automated solutions and Integration\'s covering CA APM tools (Event Management (omnibus), Dashboards, Integration with other monitoring products (HP BAC, HP Performance Center))Good Understanding of network architecture and protocols. Responsible for Installing, configuring and maintaining the CA CEM (Customer Experience Monitor) TIM black box appliances and Soft TIM\'s and configure the TIM\'s Taps, aggregators.etc with assistance with network team.Set-up, upgrade APM DB on Oracle. Define application groups and record Business transactions for CEM. Convert all HP BAC synthetic monitors to CA CEM transactions. Integrate CEM with Introscope. Help crisis management and production support team in diagnose and triage application issues and verify application availability and performance.Expertise in integrating CA Wily Introscope to various applications servers like Weblogic, WebSphere, tomcat and jBoss with successful deployment of over Introscope agents across multiple sites and operating environments.Working on custom monitoring solutions with Datapower, Coherence, Siebel and Clarity applications.
