I am graduated in Engineering Technology from BITS Pilani with CGPA 9.2, certified energy manager from bureau of energy efficiency and Diploma in Electronics & Communication from Govt. Polytechnic Nilokheri with 70.7%. With 17+ years of hands on experience in plant maintenance, automation field, CNC & PLC based machines and process control engineering, it’s my passion & focus which works as catalyst in carrying out maintenance activities effectively and efficiently. In my current role I’m working with TVS Motor Company as Senior Manager - PMD, CU and plant TPM coordinator; driving for performance by maximizing plant equipment availability for production & improving equipment health by applying best maintenance practices. I\'m also leading TPM activities in the plant towards challenging special award. I manage & prioritize my work as per the organization needs & follow standard safe work practices. I have excellent organizational and coordinating skills. In my current set of responsibilities, I am taking care of Weld Shop, Metal & Plastic Paint Shop and Vehicle Assembly & Engine Assembly Shop. I have diversified experience in implementing predictive maintenance, CBM and reliability centered maintenance by leveraging logic tree analysis for selecting optimal maintenance method. In my carrier I got opportunity to work with world’s leading automobile industries like Eicher Polaris Pvt. Ltd, Honda Cars India Pvt. Ltd, Sona Koyo Steering Systems Pvt. Ltd, and JBM Ltd. I’ve also worked with heavy machining industry like Punj Lloyd Ltd. Working with those big MNCs
