Role: Senior Scrum Master, Data Delivery and Integration (DDI)Client Profile: Internal Stakeholders from Global Transaction Banking (GTB), part of Corporate and Investment Banking and credit and lending teams.Responsibilities:• Leading the Payments/Credit and lending teams Scrum team to deliver a global transaction banking initiative for US market with a budget of CAD 900 million• Facilitating Scrum events for the team in line with Agile transformation journey such as Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Review and Backlog Refinement• Manage cross-team and cross-department dependencies to ensure program deliverables can progress as planned• Provide direction and guidance to the team to prepare for program increment (PI) planning• Coaching and mentoring individual team members with an Agile consulting mindset• Maturing teams in Agility through guidance towards best practices and collaborative solutions• Providing team performance metrics through Agility tools to leadership such as initiative progress, portfolio level progress and so on to showcase impact, value delivery and team evolution towards Agility through my involvement• Collaborate with leadership and business teams to create and action delivery roadmap for new and existing initiatives through active partnershipPartner with different business teams to understand cross functional impacts of solutions/products to mitigate and delivery risks and help remove team impediments as needed

As an Agile coach, I am proficient in educating the teams on AGILE MINDSET. I have vast experience in creating JIRA Dashboards and creating filters along with working on Matrix and reports. I am well verse in implementing SAFe techniques and practices. As I am SPC certified, I have coaching experience as well.I have delivered various role based SAFe trainings to aspirants (Leading SAFe/POPM/SAFe practitioner/Scrum master). As an RTE, I am responsible for Pre-PI and PI planning, Orientation, Roadmap support, ART sync’s, Coaching and removing impediments.
