I enjoy solving problems. Inheriting \"challenges\", lead programs that explore new orthogonal businesses excite me. I experiment and explore non-traditional paths and roles. I am a Technology enthusiast and hands-on as I learn new Tech to solve problems.I built J2EE Application Server and then wrote Versata Rules engine.Worked closely with IT Services Industry and helped retail, finance customers build frameworks, solution offerings, in the roles of Dev Lead and Tech Architect. At Symyx India, bootstrapped an entire Product Development team as a Lead Architect. I joined Microsoft India and worked with multiple verticals Cross Product, IT, Services Global Delivery and helped Enterprise Customers in Tech Consulting and Tech Leadership roles. Joined Pramati, a challenging job to bootstrap the “New-Microsoft” Practice with core focus on modern-CX (Conversational and ML) centered around the Cloud - to deliver Products in the Product Lifecycle Services Division (Imaginea) of Pramati Technologies. I work with stakeholders from inside and outside Pramati spanning Executive Leadership teams for CX, Presales and Delivery.After achieving critical mass, I am transitioning to start Machine Learning (ML) practice to enhance our Product Development capabilities - passion for Mathematics took shape as I went back to the basics of Linear Algebra, Advanced Calculus and Probability & Statistics. I understand Artificial Neural networks, Deep Learning using Recursive Neural Networks with LSTMs,Convolutional Neural Networks, General Adversarial Neural Networks, Neural style transfer. I solved at least one problem using the above. I engage high performers by challenging them to travel through paths (along with me) that are less travelled or sometimes dig open new avenues.
