Technical support to site team Manza 220/33Kv 55MVA (SECI -6), Bhatel 66/33kv 53 MVA Kublavadar 66/33kv 50MVA and Kublavadar 66/33kv 30MVA, Umrali 66/33kv 55MVA. Total connected load capacity customer – 42 MW and Powerica – 279.55MW • Assist for SECI -6, WRLDC, WRPC, RLDC, SLDC, NLDC POSOCO, and coordination for the shutdown and Communication SCADA, FTC activity from HO • As per the CEA and CERC guidelines had completed the compiles of all the substations. • Finalizing Subcontractor and Customer agreement • Assist plant with suitable Tools and consumables, material list preparation, and pursuit for the supplier • Customer operation and maintenance, Grid availability, technical input for agreements finalizing • Arrange for Monthly customer meeting preparation and report submission • Manage with the vendor for site team regarding material and technical coordination • Checking all the safety standards before the commencement any kind of work in site. • Assist all Internal Audit of BOP ( PSS, CSS, Feeder, Internal communication SCADA network) • Supplier visits on factory for technical discussion, New material inspection, and solving the technical issue • Review every month inventory & maintain warranty period for all the site equipment & inventory refiling of used materials • Reviewing the RCA, CFR, CIR, reports and submit to customers with technical input • Yearly testing all the substation conditioning.in that material abnormal will plan to replace as per periodical schedule • All the substation yearly substation testing reports & Oil test reports are reviewed and submitted to GETCO • Prepare the HOTO process documentation for the project team & O&M handover • Verification done for DGR, MGR, energy meter calibration • Prepare commercial letter to supplier regarding the onsite technical issues • Power transformer OLTC overhauling as per the OEM suggested tap count DGA, BDV report review • Document verification for CDM credit
