Birdvisioni helps our clients design customer workflows for their sales & Distribution processes using WhatsApp Business API. Birdvision is a WhatsApp Service Aggregator working with multiple BSPs and direct WhatsApp Cloud APIs. My profile includes: Market Research on specific industries and companies and identify key contacts to target for our solutions. Connect with the key decision makers through LinkedIn, Email, Calls and discuss and brief them about our solutions. Schedule and attend client meetings with our Director to understand their current business, and challenges and discuss how our solutions can help solve them. Also present a demo of use cases relevant to client requirements. Share the minutes of the meeting, create the scope of work and quotation based on the requirements. Followup with the decision makers for further meetings, get the Purchase Order and invoices from accounts team for closure of the deal. Following up with clients and technical team to ensure timely project delivery and handover to go live. Introduce the client to the respective Client Service Manager and work as a bridge between them. Updating the client details in CRM and sharing daily reports to the management.
