Currently working with JLL–PMC as part of the safety management team, I am responsible for conducting regular safety inspections, identifying potential hazards, and investigating incidents and near-misses to ensure a safe working environment. My role includes maintaining comprehensive safety documentation, delivering training and awareness programs, and leading Emergency Response Team (ERT) activities. I also oversee housekeeping and security management, logistics planning and updates, waste management, and workers’ welfare initiatives, while actively promoting a strong safety culture across the project. Additionally, I implement and sustain 5S principles, conduct HIRA and JSA assessments, organize mock drills, facilitate safety committee meetings, and carry out internal audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.
