I also assist channel partners with Tata Diagnosis Software (TDS) and Tata Flashing Software (TFS) issues and prepare reports and analyses of the top complaints.I have 3+ years of experience in the Automotive EV sector with focus on Technical Diagnosis application I have worked with Tata Authorised Dealerships as Diagnostic Expert and Trainer respectively. I have extensive hands-on experience in the Diagnosis of EVs with the use of various tools and systems such as V-connect+, Tata Diagnosis Software (TDS), Tata Flashing Software (TFS), VCU Analyser and BMS Orion. I have also conducted In-house Technical Trainings for various roles and assisted technicians for complex diagnosis My core competencies include foresight, professional skills, and professional services industries.
