I am a Social Worker and Community Development Professional with hands-on experience in grassroots development, government coordination, and CSR-linked initiatives. I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Central Tribal University of Andhra Pradesh (2023–2025).Currently, I work as a Center Manager at RTO Vijayawada (associated with CSRBOX), where I handle day-to-day operations, citizen service support, documentation, public grievance assistance, and coordination with officials.I have completed field internships with NAWA and TERDS, working closely with tribal and rural communities on community mobilization, awareness programs, field surveys, and NGO project implementation. I also gained exposure through internships with Government Medical College, Rainbow Children’s Home, and Women & Child Welfare and Tribal Welfare Departments.I am seeking opportunities in social work, community development, NGO/CSR projects, and field coordination roles, where I can contribute to meaningful social impact.
