Overview:Having total 11 years of experience. In which completed 2 Greenfield project, 7 brown field projects.Key products handled insulins, MABs, CAR-T, cell and gene therapy products, light and gas sensitive products, sterile products, lyo products, TS products.Key skills and technologies:Consept design, Basis of design, Detailed designing of process, supporting in URS,SLIA, C&Q,CIP, SIP, cycle development, valve matrix, upstream systems, downstream systems, media fills, rotary piston filling, time pressure filling, peristaltic pump filling, smoke study, eBMR, automation, level (1,2,3,4) integration,MES level integration, CSV, single use systems for filling lines, filling line with ORABS, RABS and isolators, sterile transfer ports, PFS filling line, vial filling line, cartridge filling line, bag filling etc. water system design for PW, WFI, PSG.Packing of different containers PFS, Vials, cartridges and Pens with track and trace.
