As a dedicated Ph.D. Research Scholar in the Department of Food Safety & Quality Assurance at TANUVAS, Chennai, with a strong academic background in food technology and biotechnology. My research focuses on food processing, quality assurance, and technology transfer, contributing to advancements in sustainable food solutions.Additionally, my previous research as a Young Professional II (ICAR) at the Institute of Animal Nutrition, TANUVAS, working on the project \"Evolving Total Mixed Rations (TMR) Based Feed by Utilizing Agro-Industrial By-Products to Mitigate Feed Shortages\" under the National Livestock Mission, Government of India and also at t NIT Rourkela explored the application of cold plasma technology in food preservation.Research Areas:Food BiotechnologyCold plasma technology in food safetyNutrient fortification & functional foodsAgro-industrial by-products waste utilizationQuality assurance & regulatory standardsPublications & Achievements:I have published research in high-impact journals, including studies on cold plasma treatment of raisins and nutrient-fortified milk beverages.
