I am a seasoned software engineer (Technical Solution Architect) with over 20 years of experience in developing and managing complex, multi-tier applications across finance, education, and healthcare sectors. My technical expertise spans a wide range of technologies, including.NET, Java, Python, Cybersecurity and DevOps, along with proficiency in front-end frameworks like Angular and back-end services like ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and Web API. I have successfully led teams using Agile methodologies (SCRUM), demonstrating skills in requirements gathering, business analysis, and the design of scalable architectures.In my career, I have led impactful projects at the California Student Aid Commission (CSAC), where I contributed to the design and implementation of critical applications such as Cash for College (C4C) and Grant Delivery System Modernization (GDSM) & CA Community College Dash Board My responsibilities have included designing database structures, creating RESTful services, and implementing security protocols, including authentication and authorization using ASP.NET Identity and IDM.
