Responsible and Heading the entire finance function of Free Trade Warehousing Zone under JNPT lease hold land. Directly reporting to CEO and Finance Director of DPW Group. Preparing the board meeting notes and the same to be presented in the board meeting.(Quarterly) Handling the CAPEX of entire FTWZ project since beginning of the project. Keeping all expense tracks and submit the report of CAPEX vs BUDGET on periodic basis to Dubai HQ and RO. Performing all the month end/quarter end/year end process as per SOP. Work with Business Unit Heads and commercial organization to iron their issues proactively. Preparation of all month end Financial Packs (IFRS Pack, Management Pack, Alpha Reports) & providing information for handling all queries of Dubai HQ and RO. Monthly GL Review, Matchiong all GL subledgers with main ledger, Review of all schedules of TB with GL team and taking corrective measures. Fixed Asset Control – Review of Fixed Asset Register, enabling periodical fixed assets verification, proper classification, Handling lease accounting. Handling all SEZ related compliances and coordination with custom & SEZ officials in the site. Provide support to business management in decision making process by generating accurate, reliable and insightful financial and operational information. Ensure all contracts have the relevant clauses to the benefit of company. Responsible in approving the vendor bills payment and signing all bank payments.
