Responsibilities:• As a Senior Technical Recruiter responsible for recruiting, interviewing and staffing qualified IT professionals on a contractual / or permanent basis.• Working directly with State Clients like (OR, DE, CO, MS, IA, VA, VA, GA, NC, TX) • working with JPMC, Edward Jones through Prime Vendors.• Recruit majorly for Direct Hire/Fulltime and Contract to Hire/Contract (W2) jobs.• Conduct Internet search using Sourcing Tools like: Hunting, References, Job Portals like (Monster, Dice, Carrier Builder, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn)• Recruit for contract and contract to hire jobs for IT services and solutions organizations and agencies.• Screen the candidates technically and submission of the eligible resumes to the client.• Reformat candidate resumes and tailor summary information to enhance readability and to ensure candidates have the best possible opportunity of being selected for interview.• Schedule in-person / Telephonic (onsite / phone) interviews between candidate and client.• To remain in touch with the client/Primary Vendor getting the feedback from the client and candidates, regarding the process.
