Journey from Sales Representative (OTC) to AGM in International MarketingCurrently serving as an AGM at Sigachi Industries Limited, I have accumulated four years of experience as an Associate. In this role, I have overseen the EMEA & SEA regions, spearheading Sales and Business Development efforts for Pharma Excipients. My responsibilities have involved frequent travel to key business destinations including Egypt, Iran, Jordan, KSA, UAE, Turkey, China, Bangladesh, Thailand, Germany, and Spain, nurturing impactful business relationships.One of the pinnacle achievements in my journey was receiving the prestigious SIGACHI ATI VISHISHT SEVA PURASKAR Award for Outstanding Contribution to Sigachi\'s Success in 2023.My career commenced as a SR at Mankind Pharma, wherein my dedication and performance led to a promotion as a First-Line Manager within a year. Joining Cipla as a MR, I promptly achieved confirmation within 45 days by attaining a remarkable 1.50 lakh PCPM in the first month. I was further recognized as the Best Medical Representative, chosen from among teams across India, for interactions and brainstorming meetings with the Cipla headquarters team. After two years of dedicated service, I earned a promotion to the role of ABM, managing territories encompassing Nagpur, Chandrapur, and Godia.Subsequently, I embarked on a new journey with Ergos Life Sciences, overseeing Gastro and Medical Physician sectors. As a part of a fresh enterprise with novel products, I successfully achieved 1 Lakh PCPM for the Nagpur and Chandrapur teams in my capacity as ABM.As a New path I Joined Nitika Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, I assumed the role of Business Development Manager, handling the MEA regions. My journey included attending my first international expo, the Arab Pharma Expo in Jordan, 2018. Post-expo, I initiated and expanded business partnerships with notable companies in Jordan. This endeavor led to an additional million-dollar business from the MEA region in 2018-19, an accomplishment rewarded with the Silver Business Development Award and Excellence in Execution and Services.Another chapter began as I transitioned to a new company and city, joining Sigachi Limited at Hyderabad as a Senior Manager. This role proved instrumental in achieving significant milestones by cultivating a robust customer base throughout the EMEA and SEA regions. My dedication and accomplishments led to my promotion to the esteemed position of Assistant General Manager, effective April 1st, 2023.
