   Key person responsible for planning, executing, controlling and monitoring of all facets of Project. Responsible for Highway Maintenance for 69.884 Km of National Highway + 65.700 Km State Highway project. Planning and preparing budget for complete project considering routine and pavement repair of road project after conducting survey of project. Responsible to takeover project inventory including highways amenities, fixtures, signage, barriers, avenue and median plantations, toll plaza complex assets from EPC contractor along with project office assets and maintain the inventory with periodical physical stock verification. Supervision of pavement repair like settlement, cracks, rutting and potholes. Supervision of all routine maintenance of project includes crack sealing, patch repair shoulder repair and general cleaning etc. Providing technical guidance to the Horticulturist, technical guidance includes Seed treatment, Water requirement, fertilizer doses, Pest, and diseases control, micro irrigation, fertigation, organizing farmers meeting, seminars, exposure visits to the organized farms for better sustainability. Correspondence with NHAI and IE regarding weekly & monthly inspection and all facts of Concession Agreement as per IRC rules and regulations. Managing activity of highway/structure maintenance, road cleaning, taking measurement, making/calculating estimate for minimum expenses to repair & maintenance To ensure safety and security of the property of Project. Judicious use of the company property including vehicles and equipment’s. Ensure compliance of all obligations through proper planning, scheduling and deploying of necessary resources. Ensuring effective staffing planning for optimizing manpower & its utilization, reducing wastes for enhancing productivity and profitability. Managing overall functioning of Store & Procurement. Co-ordinate with management & site staff regarding material availability at site.
