Sales process adherence; Account plan, Reviews, Estimation, opportunity update, etc.• Domain competence building – Identify Gaps and fulfillment plan from competency, capability and build roadmap • Build Competitive Intelligence on Medical device & Hi-Tech Practice and also map the Valet share for our current accounts that are with Competition• Complete assessment of Competition in Medical device & Hi-Tech • Have connect with vertical heads of Medical devices and Hi-tech accounts to proactively mine the opportunities• Prepare Capability landscape across each sub vertical in Medical device & Hi-Tech domain• Prepare and Consolidate all Medical device and Hi-tech Collaterals and ensure that this is rolled in to respective verticals collateral• Lead project delivery for Medical Devices Business to achieve agreed financial, operational and practice targets.• Manage multiple projects, risk reviews, and escalations to ensure quality project delivery and client satisfaction. • Responsible for driving profitable growth in these accounts by developing strategic relationships with the customers, and propelling the account movement upwards
