Collection and submission of Diesel purchase invoice/cash memo from Petrol Pump through Technicians.Every Month Collect of Sites log sheets from technicians and verification of DG run hours, DG CPH, EB unit, consumption, and operation count, tracking of Extra diesel consumption against EB disconnection nonpayment and other faults.Monthly diesel rate signoff with OPCO wise data for Sales team.Monthly signoff from Petrol Pump on no credit left (NOC).Preparation of various reports e.g. Monthly Diesel Projection, Diesel filling trend Plan, petro Card swiping, Diesel filling tracker, Diesel Consumption, diesel rate reconciliation, Petro Card Inventory, Diesel Transportation Conveyance of sites.
