With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am the Managing Director at Technofit by khandarkars, a company that provides fitness training, consulting, and health club management services to clients across India. I am passionate about fitness innovation and growth, and I have successfully launched and scaled several fitness programs and products that have increased customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue. Prior to joining Technofit by khandarkars, I was the Senior Manager of Sales Business Development at EFC Limited, where I led a team of sales professionals and business development executives to secure and execute large contracts with corporate clients. I also have experience as an Area Sales Manager at Svanetr Innovations Pvt Ltd, where I managed the sales and distribution of sanitizer generator equipment and accessories in the region of Maharashtra leading a team of 30 people. I have acquired and honed skills such as fitness training, fitness consulting, health club management, sales, business development, and customer relationship management throughout my career.
