   Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage and oversee a complex network of 50 Active Directory forests, covering various environments and locations, with a combined user base exceeding 200K-In the Azure Entra ID Administration role, I maintain and manage hybrid and cloud-only identities across multiple Azure AD tenants. I have expertise in creating and sustaining Conditional Access Policies while also providing support in configuring SAML and OAuth applications- Expertly install and configure Quest Recovery Manager Forest Edition and Disaster Recovery Edition, conducting annual disaster recovery testing using both Microsoft\'s method and Quest RMAD DRE- Conduct regular risk assessments and gap analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement in IAM processes and systems. Additionally working with red team and Appsec to perform Pen tests, SAST and DAST- Lead and mentor a large team of 40+ AD and Azure AD Operations engineers, providing valuable training and guiding their professional growth- Proactively monitor and analyze security logs, events, and incidents related to IAM systems, promptly addressing potential vulnerabilities, threats and CSOC alerts- Conduct regular access reviews and certifications, ensuring access privileges align with the principles of least privilege- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic identity and access management initiatives, including identity lifecycle management, privileged access management, and single sign-on solutions- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of IAM initiatives, including progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement- Ensure compliance with the SOX and IT GRC by conducting regular audits and assessments of IAM systems and controls- Work closely with external auditors to facilitate the SOX compliance audit process and IT GRC Audits, providing necessary documentation and evidence of compliance.
