As an Assistant BIM Engineer specializing in Water and Environmental Infrastructure, I am dedicated to developing precise engineering drawings and models in alignment with relevant standards. My expertise spans a wide range of responsibilities including: Engineering Drawings & Modeling: Skilled in creating detailed Civil 3D models for surface grading, pipe and pressure networks, as well as plans and long sections. Proficient in producing general arrangement and standard detail drawings for water supply systems, surface grading, and transforming engineers\' hand sketches into comprehensive standard drawings. Training & Development: Experienced in training new team members on project standards and Civil 3D software, ensuring seamless integration and proficiency in our tools and processes. Land Development: Adept in site design, preparation of plans, road alignments, roadway profiles, ADA ramp design, and creating detailed pipe network and storm sewer plans. My work includes using grading creation tools, basic assembly, and corridor modeling to support successful land development projects. Land Surveying: Proficient in conducting various surveys including topographic, boundary, as-built, and utility surveys. Skilled in drafting boundary locations, ROW, volumetric, ALTA, NSPS, ACSM, subdivision plats, and drone survey drafting through aerial ortho images.
