Work for the client leading FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods ) Manufacturing organization HCCB (Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited ).• Looking after Payroll process for 150+ Employees.• Preparing MIS Sheets for every month.• Develops contract terms for new hires, Promotions and transfers.• Distribute uniforms to the MGR (Market Growth Representative) and STL (Sales Team Leader).• Review Performance in every month for MGR’s with ASM (Assistant Sales Manager) and GSM (General Sales Manager).• Resolving MGR queries relates to payroll, salary, compliance work.• Taking follow up with compliance team for PF and ESIC cards of MGR’s.• Sourcing and screening resumes for open positions taking interviews and induction for selected candidates.• Giving training to the MGR’s related to their work for those who are lower in rank also Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.• Arranged meetings with MGR’s guide them regarding new task activities relates to road safety, work discipline etc. • Performs other related duties as assigned.• Software used – TalentPro HCM Application, EPIC Portal, EPIC 2.0, SignIN application, Microsoft Office Suite.
