I work closely with global and local finance, M&A teams and our strategic partner Genpact to ensure seamless financial onboarding, timely month-end close and accurate reporting across 20+ countries.My focus is on operational readiness, process excellence and continuous improvement, leveraging technology and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, compliant and efficient RTR practices that support IVC\'s rapid global growth.
