My role is accountable for establishing and maintaining relationships with BRE’s key clients as well as monitoring performance and supporting the growth of the BRE brand internationally, while being the key point of contact for client enquiries and fielding queries to relevant BREEAM departments and agents.Responsible with providing support to the Business Development and Operations Teams, liaising with members of these teams to process applications, proposals and raise invoices, assist in keeping internal procedures, guidance documents and FAQs up to date to adhere with our accreditation standards and operations procedures.Accountable with providing clients with product and service updates on a regular basis through effective information exchange and maintaining, supporting key relationships with existing and new clients.
