This is a volunteer role on top of my full time role mentioned above• All Informa Balance is the colleague-run network aimed at ensuring a gender-balanced culture across the company.• As part of the leading committee, I work with a team of 5 others to create the strategy and implement all the initiatives that enable the business to create added value to its employees worldwide when it comes to gender equality.• From a tactical perspective, I organise and lead events (in person and online), webinars and create engaging content for colleagues everywhere in Informa.• Intersectionality and allyship: I also work closely with other CRNs in the company that address other groups of people• This role has provided me with knowledge of international legislation, but also exposure to different cultures and norms around the world
