Founder of the charity\'s Manchester Branch since January 2019. Supporting workers with expert employment rights and employability advice, as well as with hands-on casework (including support for Employment Tribunal and Small Claims Court cases, drafting CVs and cover letters, interview practice, Settled Status applications for EU citizens). Producing regular monitoring and evaluation reports, which have been crucial in securing continued funding for the charity\'s projects, including a Trust for London grant. Successfully crowdfunded over for the Manchester branch of Work Rights Centre and secured an initial £2500 grant from the Rațiu Family Foundation. At my own initiative, developed a semi-automated reporting system base on the organisation’s CRM.
