Enterprise ICCs (Integrated Command Center)- monitoring, analysis and escalation to ensure the stability and health of Retail, PBM, Omnicare and Enterprise tier 1 applications and infrastructure. • Stability Initiative (Program Manager/Executive Sponsor) o Partnered with the PBM Stability Director to drive the 2016 program to meet the needs of addressing issues related to the Pilot Applications 1/1.0 not meeting SLAs and to better positions those applications for 2017. This effort entailed crossing many IT boundaries within EITS Plan, Build, Run and with PBM Tier 2 Support. o For 2017, the Stability Initiative includes the following key items: 100% Monitored and alerting of all production devices (compute/storage/network/telecom). 100% Tested and certified fail-over of redundant systems. Performance Management and Tuning of all critical systems.
