Currently on a corporate sabbatical building something fun-As a Product Manager at DocuSign I spent a lot of time thinking about digital journeys. I’m currently working on building and scaling DocuSign’s Notary offering, modernizing one of the most crucial agreement processes for industries of all sizes.Before being acquired by DocuSign, I worked at Liveoak Technologies as hire #23 helping large financial services enterprises surmount the industry\'s inevitable digital transformation. Playing a hand in all things Product and Customer Success, I had the unique opportunity to generate customer feedback into revolutionary product stories in near real time.Prior to Liveoak I worked at another startup, Adaptive Insights, that would eventually be acquired by Workday. At Workday I served as a Senior Support Analyst, managing full cycle technical support cases and collaborating cross-functionally with global teams to facilitate practical solutions. During my time at Workday I served as a Premium Support account manager, delivering white glove service and a reliable sounding board for our most critical customer partnerships.If you catch me outside of work, I probably have a coffee in one hand and the leash of my goldendoodle Hudson in the other.
