   Project management role in Merck Manufacturing Division,(MMD) supporting Safe By Choice, a change management initiative aimed at instilling a Target Zero safety-first mindset, reaching over MMD managers and employees. Responsibilities include: organize and conduct project team meetings, site project team meetings and Learning Partner briefings; provide weekly project status updates to Leadership Team, Learning Partners and sites; schedule, deploy and track over 100 internal and external certified faculty members to Safe by Choice Ownership and Leadership full-day programs at over 50 global sites; establish and maintain master project plan used to track budget, start and end dates and number of sessions required to train all MMD employees and managers; track Level 1 evaluations and bi-annual Site Culture Surveys in Metrics that Matter; report weekly results to sites and LT; prepare meeting agendas, minutes and presentations for project briefings; oversee all L&D activities related to Safe by Choice; provide liaison between Merck L&D, external partners and sites; ensure timely delivery of training materials. Architect and curate Safe by Choice SharePoint interactive community and archive an extensive library of documentation, training material and videos. Played a key leadership role in design and development of Safe by Choice Leadership Essentials curriculum and micro learning modules. Developed procedure and curriculum for Safe by Choice Ownership day facilitator certification. Coordinated with project team and sites to schedule of hundreds of days of Ownership day and Intentional Leadership training for managers and employees worldwide.
