Broker / Owner of Kinzeler Realty, a longtime, locally-owned family business. Specialist in Investment Properties, Single-Family Homes, Multi-Unit properties and Property Management in the Dayton, Ohio area with my wife, Kathy Kinzeler Mantica. I have 33+ of experience in the local Real Estate market. I was recognized by my peers as the 2018 OHIO Realtor of the year. With my Degree in Engineering as well as my background in Sales and Engineering, I know I can solve the problem and find the solution that works best for my Clients as we embark on this Real Estate journey together. My focus is on personalized service. I work within those parameters to create the best experience because every Client is different and has a unique set of values and circumstances. Having lived in the area since 1985, I am very involved in the community and have raised my own family here so I am familiar with the schools, neighborhoods and the community at large. I consider our business to be \"local-centric\". A bit of history, Kinzeler Realty was founded by my wife Kathy\'s Grand Father back in the 1950\'s. We have continued his business as a company that is focused on knowing and growing the area with community as our focus.
