Acting as sole designer I lead on the design function working collaboratively across all departments, including Executive Team, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Care and Product & Engineering. Recently helped unify Lottie’s 3 core products, aligning the look and feel with brand consistency at the heart of it all. Built new foundations to the brand, creating extensive new templates for both Organic and Paid Social channels aswell as decks for Internal/External use. Created new Guidelines and Brand hub. I have recently guided all teams through this with drop in sessions. Elevating the brand where possible with a new pictogram system, expansion of the much loved illustration library, refining the typography and colour palette. 🧪 Helping lead the development of a new performance marketing process, collaborating with the Growth team to craft engaging and relevant Paid Social ads, evolving through continuous ‘test and learn’ process. This setup enables rapid production, helping reach new customers more quickly, effectively and at a lower cost. We have seen 1,500% growth since January 2024! Led on the design and creative of a very successful recent PR campaign, earning a slot on ITV national news and also featuring on Lorraine, NME, Hits Radio, Yahoo News, Fox13 news and many more local outlets. We received over 24 million estimated views with a 200 million audience reach globally.Other recent highlights include- Creation of branded benefits guides and checklists directly helping families navigate the confusing care landscape- Assisting on building explainer videos that explore different care topics- Working directly with the CEO- Assisting on nationwide digital PR campaigns - Creation of all collateral at large scale care events - Working with the head of product & designThrilled to hear that Lottie is a winner in the ‘Top LinkedIn Startup’ award, coming first out of 20 companies. The likes of Monzo have won in the past.
