I’ve had a life-long interest in leadership and enterprise success. I learned my earliest leadership lessons as a teenager and Midshipman attending the Culver Summer Naval School during my high school years. Culver was an awesome experience. It’s hard to put into words all I learned there. My expertise in executive recruiting, career transition, executive coaching and business advising spans more than 30 years. I’ve worked hard to become a trusted advisor. My firm advises organizations on career and organizational transitions. These crucial events include recruiting senior leaders; transitioning managers, executives, and other key persons; or coaching valued executives to be more effective leaders. Our firm celebrated its twenty-ninth anniversary on January 2, 2020. During the past nearly three decades, we have served a vast array of organizations from the world-renowned Cleveland Orchestra to the largest manufacturer of aluminum in the world (Alcoa) to a $20 million maker of surgical instruments to a major teaching hospital.
