I lead a cross-functional group of engineers who are designing, developing and integrating software features that are vital to the lives of our credit card consumers across all walks of life. Building platforms that are performant, reliable, scalable and secure. Partnering on a day-to-day basis with Product Management to balance product features and create the space to develop skills and explore technology that helps us move toward our target technology architecture. Recognising and adopting best practices and patterns in engineering, my team and I solve problems at the root, stepping back to understand the broader context. And I coach engineers in my team on how to achieve their technical, business and personal goals.
