   Lead daily operations for the Memphis CDMO Gene and Cell Therapy’s Supply Chain Department. Maintain proper staffing levels to fit business needs. Hire and interview new associates, as needed. Coach team members by setting up 1:1 meetings to clearly align goals and make improvements where needed, based off the KPIs. Collaborate with various departments to anticipate needs and proactively adjust plans as necessary. Monitor that all lab/medical supplies are kept at correct inventory levels by performing regular cycle counts and within expiry. Align with the procurement/forecasting team and vendors daily to ensure materials arrive on time. Approve all PRs and POs in a timely manner. Oversee that material storage equipment such as LN2-80-20 and 2-8 are serviced and working properly. Department spokesman for all FDA and HPRA audits. Ensure the COA are obtained with all materials and that incoming material inspections are performed.
