As a product manager on the HPE Synergy team, I am responsible for managing Synergy service pack releases (including operating systems, firmware, drivers, and NPI enablement across the entire portfolio), internal and external storage, storage controllers, fibre channel and optics.I drive the roadmap for my products, successfully launching the Synergy Gen 11 portfolio and introducing Tier 2 Operating System support for Oracle Linux and Ubuntu, which has greatly increased our addressable market. I also manage the P&L and have reduced E&O exposure by millions over the past two years while working to increase customer outcomes by redefining our software support policy on a companywide level.
