   Leading ASN(RDA) War Rooms Subject Matter Experts in delivering the Program Manager’s Workshop, and providing acquisition consulting to members of the Navy’s Acquisition Workforce.\\\\nThe ASN(RDA) War Rooms are a suite of instructional/consulting War Rooms sponsored by the Navy Director, Acquisition Talent Management (DATM) in Crystal City. The PM Workshop is a five day course of instruction, providing well researched lessons on what has been successful in Naval Combat Systems Acquisition as they relate to the current stage of programs.
