ABOUT RALPH HUA
I have over a decade of experience in U.S. immigration law. I focus on business immigration, but also handle a wide range of immigration cases such as waivers, administrative appeals, immigration consequence of criminal issues, and removal defense appellate practice. I litigate immigration cases in the federal court against arbitrary agency decisions, and FOIA delays and non-disclosure. I am an immigration attorney capable of preparing an H-1B or PERM case in the morning, drafting pleadings and motions for federal court immigration litigation in mid-day, and guide criminal defense attorneys in drafting an immigration-safe plea agreement in the afternoon.
