About Ralph Gonzalez
As a Director of Training at Ntrepid LLC, I led a team of experienced OSINT analysts and Information Operations practitioners to develop and deliver high-quality software product and operational skills training for National Security partners. I directed 30 in-person training events and 12 virtual webinars on effective management of online attribution across the surface, deep and dark web to support online operations. I also trained 600+ US Intelligence Community, DOD and Law Enforcement personnel on mitigating online challenges, accessing new social media platforms, and developing tactics to facilitate the customers online investigations.With over 15 years of MISO and IO experience, I have a strong background in information warfare, cyber operations, and training. Prior to Ntrepid, I served as U.S. Central Command Web Operations Deputy Chief of Operations and Information Operations Liaison Officer to the National Capital Region, where I coordinated and de-conflicted online counterterrorism operations and strategy with 40+ U.S. Government and Foreign Agencies. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in International Development and Influence, and multiple qualifications in Information and Psychological Operations. I am passionate about enhancing the capabilities and performance of online operators and analysts in the national security domain.
